Is Servizing free for residents?

Yes. Residents pay nothing to use the app. Your society subscribes to Servizing as a platform; individual residents are included.

Section 02

Do you sell or share my data?

No. Servizing is a No-Ads Platform — we make no money from advertising, profiling, or selling data. Our only revenue is subscription fees paid by your RWA.

Section 03

How long does onboarding take?

Most societies are live within 48 hours. We import your flat list, set up billing rules, train your guards and treasurer, and go live with a soft launch.

Section 04

What hardware do guards need?

An entry-level Android phone (₹4,000+) is enough. We optionally provide a wall-mounted tablet for the gate kiosk experience.

Section 05

Is my data safe?

Servizing is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We never store payment credentials.

Section 06

Can we migrate from MyGate / NoBroker?

Yes. We've migrated hundreds of societies. Our migration team imports flats, residents, vendors and historical bills with minimal disruption.

Section 07

What happens if we want to leave?

You can leave any time with 30 days' notice. We hand over a complete export of your society's data and delete it from production within 30 days.
