1. Agreement
By accessing Servizing's mobile or web apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
These are the rules under which Servizing is offered to your housing society. Reading them is short; ignoring them is unwise.

Servizing is licensed to your Resident Welfare Association (the 'Society'), which appoints individual residents and committee members as authorised users. Individual residents do not pay Servizing directly.
Do not impersonate another resident or guard.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including private photos of other residents.
Do not attempt to access portions of the platform not authorised for your role.
Do not use Servizing to send unsolicited commercial messages or scams.
Maintenance and amenity payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified payment partners. Servizing collects no payment data. Refunds are governed by your society's policy, configured by your RWA treasurer.
The Servizing apps, brand, and underlying code are owned by Premises Experts Pvt. Ltd. Your society retains ownership of its operational data and may export it on request.
We target 99.9% monthly availability and publish a status page. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Servizing's aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by your society in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Your society may terminate its subscription on 30 days' written notice. On termination, we provide a complete export of operational data and securely delete it from production within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
