We collect the minimum information needed to run your society, encrypt it, and never sell it. This page explains exactly what we keep, why, and how to ask for it back.

Section 01

1. Who runs Servizing

Servizing is operated by Premises Experts Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in India with its registered office in Gurgaon, Haryana. We are the data fiduciary for the personal information described here under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

Section 02

2. What we collect

Account data — name, flat / tower / society, mobile, email and (optionally) profile photo.

Operational data — visitor logs, maintenance bills, complaint tickets, amenity bookings and emergency events.

Device data — model, OS, app version and crash diagnostics; never SMS, photos, contacts or microphone unless you explicitly grant the relevant feature permission.

Payment data — handled by our PCI-DSS certified payment partners. Servizing itself never stores card or UPI credentials.

3. Why we collect it

Every data point we collect maps to a specific community function — gate management, billing, complaints, amenities, emergencies and audits. We do not profile residents for advertising. Servizing is a No-Ads Platform; we make no money from your attention.

Section 04

4. Who can see what

Residents see only their own family's data, plus society-wide announcements they're entitled to.

RWA committee members see flat-level operational data needed for their elected role — bills, complaints, and amenities. They never see private messages.

Security guards see only the visitor approvals routed to them; they do not see resident financial data.

Servizing employees access production data only on a documented support ticket, with audit logs reviewed under our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls.

Section 05

5. How long we keep it

Visitor photos: 90 days. Financial records: 7 years (statutory). Complaint tickets: 3 years. Account data: until you ask us to delete it or 12 months after your society offboards, whichever is sooner.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, port or delete your personal data. Write to privacy@servizing.com from your registered email — we respond within 7 working days, with formal SLAs aligned to DPDPA.

Section 07

7. Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We are ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, conduct quarterly internal audits, and publish a post-incident note within 72 hours of any reportable breach.

Section 08

8. International transfers

Production data is hosted in India. We do not transfer personal data outside India except for limited operational telemetry to global infrastructure providers under their standard contractual safeguards.

Section 09

9. Children

Servizing is intended for adult residents. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 18. Parents may include a child's first name on a family pass for visitor management, with no separate account created.

Section 10

10. Updates

We will notify you via the app and email at least 14 days before any material change. The current version is dated 10 May 2026.
